Hi,

I tried this new .htaccess file in our testing server but it seems that it’s not working properly. For your info, the only cached pages in our website are product category pages, the rest are not.

On mobile, non-cached pages are displayed using the mobile layout (theme) which is good, but product categories are displayed using the cached pages.

It's been a while since my last reply to this topic but still got no answer from you.
I have an issue with automatic cache refresh, i think it's not working. I got no downloaded data, see attached image.

Cron job is properly set up. Can you help us on this?

This is strange. Is there a possibility to test your site? There may be mistake in .htaccess (bad path, bad url ...)

On mobile, non-cached pages are displayed using the mobile layout (theme) which is good, but product categories are displayed using the cached pages.


The .htaccess file which I sent you, provides that the pages will not be cached for users on a mobile device. If you browse your site with mobile theme, but on a desktop pc or notebook then pages still will be cached. There is supposition that users on a mobile device should browse the site with mobile theme, whilst on desktop pc or notebook with standard theme.

It's been a while since my last reply to this topic but still got no answer from you.
I have an issue with automatic cache refresh, i think it's not working. I got no downloaded data, see attached image.


There may be several causes. Try to do this, please.

1) Go to M-Turbo administration, on tab "Actions" push the button "Generate URL list for all websites"

2) Open file "var/turbocache/WEBSITE_CODE.txt" if you see many rows with URL PATH then url list is ok

3) Go to console on your server and execute statement

ROOT_YOUR_WEBSITE/app/code/local/Artio/MTurbo/Model/getstatichtml.sh ROOT_YOUR_WEBSITE/var/turbocache/WEBSITE_CODE.txt


You should see the start of downloading your pages. If you see error message like "Permission denied", try to change permission to execute this script

chmod a+x ROOT_YOUR_WEBSITE/app/code/local/Artio/MTurbo/Model/getstatichtml.sh


or try to execute script with interpret, something like

/bin/sh ROOT_YOUR_WEBSITE/app/code/local/Artio/MTurbo/Model/getstatichtml.sh ROOT_YOUR_WEBSITE/var/turbocache/WEBSITE_CODE.txt


If first command is not working, but third yes, then set interpret "/bin/sh" to field "Interpret for downloading script:" on "Main Configuration" in M-Turbo administration.
If you saw other error message write it here, please.

Hi,

I can provide you with login info for our testing site, do you have email that I can send this info to?

Regarding the auto cache refresh, I've executed the script and it worked. The question now is how do I check if it refreshes the cache daily? I check under "Automatic cache management" but the "last download" field is empty.

There should have the timestamps at bottom of the cached pages.
