I would like to add invoices from a page on the frontend.
For this I tried to change permissions in the database so that it can do this. However it does not work.

Is that you can tell me how to make the page /index.php?option=com_vminvoice&controller=invoices&task=addOrder be accessible on the frontend.

VirtueMart FrontEnd integrations is described in VM Invoice documentation.

Check 4.2.1 if you have VirtueMart 1.x
Check 4.2.2 if you have VirtueMart 2.x

If you mean creating orders from frontend then it is possible only with VirtueMart.
