we have another small problem. our financial office can not book the invoice without customer number. so we need to print them to the invoice. we need the number from

table: jos_vm_shopper_vendor_xref
field: customer_number

this is the standard field for the virtuemart customer numbers.

it should be like this on invoice:

Billing date:
maturity date:
payment type:
Customer No.:

this can be solved quite easily.

VM Invoice supports "extra fields" that may be generated on the invoice. So you can set the Customer No. to be such extra field and it will then be part of the invoice.

We have it setuped this way on our own site.

we can only choose title, name, street and so on but no customer number...

well, it depends on where in VirtueMart you have the customer No. stored.
E.g. we are using custom defined fields is VirtueMart vm_company_id and vm_company_id.

the customer no is in table jos_vm_shopper_vendor_xref and in field customer_number but it is not shown in the extra field select field in artio invoice.

that is right VM Invoice only offer fields that are available in vm_userfield table.

I am not sure what the customer_number in vm_shopper_vendor_xref represents, but that field is really not supported.
