Hi,

I have enable VMInvoice Autorun system plugin but didn't receive any invoice via email.

Hello,

please, check your configuration: Do you have selected proper "Required Order Status"? Because usually, there is "Confirmed", so it waits until you confirm the order.

Hi,

I have already selected "Confirmed" and "Confirmed by shopper". When customer have new order, in the column "Sent" on the order list management tick green automatically but customer didn't receive any email. When I click Email icon to resend the the invoice, still nothing happen. There is no email receive even in the spam box.

Please help me. Thanks.

VmInvoice 2.0.33 (Can't upgrade to newest version)

Hello. Thanks for info. We found small bug when using config option "Use mailer info from: VirtueMart configuration" - it will use mail specified below (defaultly This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) instead. We will fix that in next release. But it is probably not problem for you. The shopper should get the mail always, we tested it now with VM 2.6.0 and VM Invoice 2.0.33.

What is your recipient configuration in Invoice Configuratin -> Invoice E-mail? (you can send us screenshot).
Also did you try different recipients? Also are your other e-mails from Joomla (like registration e-mails) received successfuly? When there is "green tick" it means e-mail was sent successfuly, but there can be additional errors on mail server that send script cannot affect.
