TOPIC: Existing Customers empty

Existing Customers empty 10 years, 5 months ago #41578

Hi,

We are using Joomla 2.5 / VM 2.0.22b and we recently installed VM Invoice. Whenever I create a new order and go to enter the customer name I begin typing the customer name but no names appear. This field remains empty and it never auto-populate as should. Please advise.

Hi,

More information would be needed to find the cause of this problem. Please use the developer tools in Chrome or Firefox to check the AJAX requests sent when you type in the field and their responses to see if there's any error reported.
