I noticed extra fields are not correctly handled in VM2 when editing/adding an order. This because the VMInvoiceModelOrder->getUserFields always request 'shipping' type extraFields.
The attached patch attempts to fix this issue, by asking different fields for the two columns. There's one more issue, because the compulsory extra fields are not marked with an asterisk.
