Logo on invoice is displayed very small. It is a png without the transparency.

Hello. Size of logo can be edited in Global Configuration -> Page Appearance -> Logo Width. However, maximum size is also limited by table cell where {logo} tag is inserted in - you must edit also template and set bigger % width for logo cell.
