hello again :-)

one more question... if a new customer do an order by phone. we can choose the product by typing the name of it to the "Add Product" field but can not choose the attributes of this product. how can we do this?

Hello, you can do by typing the attributes in the text boxed bellow the product name.

Simply type there e.g.:
"Product size: big
Product color: red"

It is the same way as VirtueMart is storing the attributes in the dabatase.
(attribute_name: value)
