TOPIC: TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: /htdocs/

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: /htdocs/ 12 years, 8 months ago #23377

Hi,

I recently bought the VM invoice module but when adding my company logo in "fields" or in "page apperance"
i get the following error
TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: /htdocs/www.dutchwatertech.nl/images/stories/dwt80x109.jpg

Help would be great :)

Thank you!

Hello,

most likely, the TCPDF is not able to load the file from given path. Make sure the path to the image is correct. The path must be given relatively! to Joomla root.

Ok, i tried a couple of times, but somehow it automaticly put /htdocs in front. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

Let me be more specific.

When i add an image in "Fields" , it works (the image is shown).
When i try to load the invoice, it gives the error, and the url is as above (first post), with /htdocs in front.

Is this something which can be solved?

Edit: when i paste the path url in my browser it shows the image, so the relative path is ok IMO.

Thanks!

Well, probably your WYSIWYG editor setting is causing it. So make sure your WYSIWYG is configured without changing the URLs from relative to absolute.
Or edit the code in plain text without editor.
