TOPIC: too slow in creating pdf preview

too slow in creating pdf preview 10 years, 2 months ago #42789

i'm facing this problem: when i click on the pdf icon to preview the invoice it takes several minutes to generate the pdf. i have this problem only with vminvoice: virtuemart generates his pdf fastly. how can i solve? thank you

Hello,

it is hard to say where the problem can be. You have probably problem with your hosting.
In that case is necessary to make a profiling. Please contact your webhosting provider.
