I have a question?

Support VMInvoice UTF-8 charset. I need a printed invoice in slovenian language, which use č,š,ž... chars.

Hello,
yes it does support UTF-8. We have similar character in Czech, so I can confirm it works fine.
You just need to make sure to choose the UTF-8 compatible font in configuration. (it is default, so unless you change it, it will work fine)
