Prices Not showing up when adding Order Item 2 years, 9 months ago #80090

Hello,

When I add a product in the backend the prices are not showing up correctly, all Products have the price zero.
When the product was in the original order the price is however correct. See Attched Foto

we could help you - please, send us a Support ticket.
It can be found in your Artio user account -> left panel -> Support.
In addition, please, state us much information as you can. You can add some screenshots too.
