we bought your Artio Invoice and are using Version 2.1.1 with Virtuemart 3.0.12. Everything works like expected only if we want to create an invoice from a product with a custom field in Virtuemart, we get the follwing error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method VirtueMartModelCustomfields::customFieldDisplay() in /XXXXXXXX/administrator/components/com_vminvoice/helpers/invoicehtml.php on line 1078

This error only happens on products WITH custom fields made in Virtuemart. We need to print them on our invoices.

I have just found out that your product license wasn´t purchased under your Artio user account, so probably you have no tickets. In this case, please, send us an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and also state your order number, because there is a problem in incompatibility of your VM Invoice and VM.
