I went through steps 1-6, but no text has ever been received. I can't get settings under my account on your website to even send a verification text to my number, (and/or other numbers of associates). I installed the app on Joomla 3.6.2 and it shows up fine, with the proper amount of credit and shows that a text was sent when I send a test, but no text comes through. I have tried to verify and send to multiple numbers but nothing happens except to show in my account that I was charged again for what? air? Then I try to put in a support ticket and they want to charge me again, boy do I feel like a sucker.
