Hello,

To disable 404 handling by JoomSEF, open JoomSEF's Configuration and on the 404 Page tab set "404 Page" option to "(Joomla! Error Page)".

Could you post a link where we can see the problem with Eyesite, so we can check what exactly is going on with the AJAX request?

Hi,

The link throws a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to open it in my broser after some time spent loading, so I suspect there's a time limit exceeded in PHP script. I'm not sure how this could be related to JoomSEF.

If there's a 404 error reported when the URL is opened by AJAX, there must be some difference in the URL accessed by AJAX - try to check if the URL accessed by AJAX is really the same using Chrome's Developer Tools.

Hi.

The issue is sure relate to JoomSEF because if I disable/uninstall it all works fine.

If you want I can create and send to you admin credential to investigate. How can I send to you a PM?

Bye.

Hi

I have sent to you a mail with the admin credentials.

To reproduce the issue, go to "Joomla Administration > Components > Eyesite" and click on the button "Scan Now". You can see the error "Unknown response, please contact support".

If I disable/uninstall ARTIO JoomSEF the component "Eyesite" works fine.

Thanks in advance.
