That should be 'sent' not 'confirmed' status for adding tracking number to the email confirmation.

I've mentioned this add-on in the past (years ago) as I still think it is a vital addition that should be added asap.
When someone makes an online purchase they should receive a tracking number and link to the postal companies tracking site.

This could easily be an add-on via a pop-up page after pressing an image next to the 'mail to' or 'pdf' icon to add just 2 lines to be sent with the confirmation email 'order confirmed' or added to the invoice.

Such as -
Tracking Number (default text = not available)
Website address for tracking (default text = last input or set).

For me, this would complete the package and make things a lot easier for my online ordering side.

Have had this before but can't recall how it was fixed or whether it was an update that repaired it!

Sorry if this has been posted as a topic before as I am sure it has several times however I couldn't find it.
I have been requesting this feature for over a year now.
I hope it is somewhere in the works as I think it is a very simple yet important feature for all online retailers.

All that is needed is an area where a number can be added on the main Invoice Management Page to include in the Mail Delivery Note.

This way numbers can be added if required for each delivery before clicking on the Mail Delivery button.
If no numbers added (auto MD on or skipped) then nothing should change and the standard MD note can be sent.

Its the only thing missing that I have to do manually outside of VMInvoice.

Not sure if this is an error with the Joomla/Virtuemart or VMInvoice but it didn't happen before and I recently updated the Invoice system only!
Such as - Australia/NSW shows Nova Scotia!!
In the backend when you edit the invoice it still shows NSW so no way to change except tl leave blank and manually note it on every invoice.

I've recently upgraded to the latest VM and finally have a way to simply add a note with the confirmation email in a quick and easy way however I don't get why VMInvoice doesn't have the same feature after all this time.
It would save me going back and forth and i think help a lot of users to enter details such as A TRACKING NUMBER which almost everyone who sells online has to do with each order.
I hope this will be added soon as its the only feature I am missing.
(iIve been using VMInvoice for over a year)
Happy with everything else and definitely the best add-on for VM.

it is not the annoying issue, it is the trust for purchasers to make a purchase on a site with errors.
we are missing out on hundreds of dollars in sales due to this (regular sales are down for no other reason).

The issue is that error reporting is already set to 'none' and somehow I am still getting the error on most pages including back-end!

How do I fix this ASAP.

I had the same error with 1.7.4 and fixed it by both removing the logo (which then showed a blank PDF) then changing the font.

Now with 1.7.5 I again can't see the PDF and the font change is not working.

My upgrade now also states that 1.7.4 is the latest but I already uploaded 1.7.5!!

Love all the work being done but I wish everything was thoroughly tested first.

Would be great to have the ability to add a tracking number as a product status to be emailed with the upgrade.

Managed to see invoice items by viewing from a different browser.

Although I can now actualy see my invoices they are all blank and the automated deliver error is still there!

I still have over 50 invoices sitting on my screen unable to print as I can not view any of them.
We guarantee next day delivery!!
PLEASE allow upload of previous or provide some support to fix the error ASAP as the previous edition was working perfectly.
Dont get me wrong I appreciate all the etra work but if it stops me using what I rely heavily on then I would rather wait until all the teething issues are sorted first.

Just noticed that the automated delivery is now not working also -

order_status Element not defined for type = MultiListSQL

It wont let me change anything in that field.

I removed all images.
Is there a way to upload the previous version for now?
Or I can provide admin access

I have the same problem.
I tried removing the logo text in the template and now just get a blank page instead of the error.
I am hoping my previous templates are still there.
Any help would be appreciated as I process orders daily with over 300expected in the next week.
I am happy to go back to previous if that is possible?
