It's OK. In module are links to login or register but users have unregistered access to bookit. Cutomers can register if they want.

I'm sorry, but that answer is not a help.

Is it possible to allow the customer to place a booking and then enter contact details?

If so, how do we do it without forcing a login or account creation?

Thanks again

@jtrumpes

Can you explain how?

Hi,
Am new to this gr8 component..
But I've found that after allowing un registered users to book.
Test it from your side and you will find that the process will be as you wish..
You'll be prompted to select the object and check in and out.. then when u click book it.. you'll be prompted to fill in customer information.
Hope this help :)

But that makes no sense. If you set at the admin Panel "allow unregistered" Reservations, I don´t want to see "Customer no logged" (beside that´s real bad grammar). I want to see my customers the tours and trips I offer at my homepage.

A access which is not clear will make the customer go, not stay.

I would prefer a "customer registration offer" while the reservation process.

Beside all the bugs it´s a great component an fits to my needs like it has been custom made. The calendars and the possibility to choose several available days a week is exactly what we need.

Best regards
