Vm eTickets are mapped on VirtueMart products, so tickets are sold as normal VM products via VM checkout process. So confirmation emails are send by VM. eTickets has no role in this process.

I TOTALLY Agree with the other documentation issues raised here.

For a component this expensive, the documentation should me a LOT more clear!!

Detailed, step-by-step instructions for each part of the setup, plus creating tickets of different types.

I'm an experienced web developer and I can already tell VM-Tickets is going to COST ME MONEY IN WASTED TIME.

In this day and age, would have been that difficult to download Camtasia and create some GOOD how-to videos? I just checked out the couple that are on YouTube and I'm more confused now than before, plus the music in those videos makes me want to shoot myself in the head.

I'm going to struggle through the setup, but I'm already wondering why I didn't recommend a hosted solution like to my client.
