Hi everyone,

We settled JoomSEF last month, and despite Dust problem, everything was going rather well.

For 1 week, an entire category in failing


All the URL of the category when accessed from the menu are such this way ;


index.php?Itemid=207&option=com_virtuemart&category_id=22&product_id=20&page=shop.product_details


Ben we call the pages from the category front end, it's ok....


The URL are not SEF. Why???

I tried to create SEF url in vain.


When JoomSEF is "OFF", the Joomla/Mambo writes SEF URL.... when JoomSEF is "ON" the URL are not SEF anymore...


Should I clean the cache? How can I do this?

What can I do?


Can someone help me please???

(P.S : I'm French, does it exist any Artio support in French? )

Hi,
Do you have New SEF URLs generation enabled in JoomSEF?
Please check in VirtueMart that the category with ID 22 and product with ID 20 really exist.
Check that the System - SEF plugin is enabled.
Check that the System - ARTIO JoomSEF plugin is ordered as the first of system plugins.

We don't currently support the French language for JoomSEF, but try searching the internet, maybe there's some 3rd party translation available.
