Hello,
someone can tell me why the anchor links do not work?
When I click on a link I was sent to the home page

Hi,

Open JoomSEF's Configuration and on the Advanced tab (you need to have Professional mode enabled) set "Set page base href value" option to "Yes - always use full SEO URL" or "No - disable base href generation".
