Hi.

I have purchased JoomSef but it did not work with virtuemart. So I applied for paypal for refund.
Anyhow it does not concluded with a refund process but My download url is still invalid.

My order status seems confirmed. But I have not any valid download url.
The topic has been locked.

Hello,

we´ve just confirmed your order and your download ID is active again. The problem was probably caused by some issue on Paypal.
