Hi,
What exactly happens when you try to log in to your Joomla backend? Do you see any error message?

I installed JoomSEF 4.2.5 and start it, turn off the joomla built-in the SEF, but now the backend get in, there has been a 404 error, cannot find Oops components.
By joomlauy.org/administrator login automatically to skip joomlauy.org/index.php and displays a 404 error page.
There is no way to go in the backend?
Or through the database whether to revert back?
My system is: WINSERVER2008 + IIS7.5 + PHP5.3.8 + MySQL5.5.18

This seems like some problem with URL rewriting. Check the rewrite rules in your IIS server configuration. Other than that I don't know what could cause this.

There is no other way to log in backend?
For example, the database to disable the JoomSEF.

You can disable JoomSEF by creating a file /administrator/components/com_sef/configuration.php with the following content:
<?php $enabled = false; ?>

Or by disabling its plugin in database (using phpMyAdmin for example) - in table _extensions find the record with type=plugin, element=joomsef and folder=system and set enabled=0 for it.
