nomada89 OFFLINE Posts: 6	hello: I have a major problem. We are using the component joomshopping 3.6.1 (joomla 2.5). the problem is that when a customer enter a user or password wrong shows a 500 error page. Help me , please

dajo OFFLINE Posts: 5064	Hi, What is the URL displayed in web browser's address bar in that case? How exactly does the error page look? Is it Joomla's error page with some error message, or just a general 500 Internal Server Error page from the browser?

dajo OFFLINE Posts: 5064	Try disabling JoomSEF completely (JoomSEF -> Configuration -> Basic -> JoomSEF Enabled) to see if the problem is caused by JoomSEF or if it's also present without it.
