in Category Blog page, the alias is correct only for the first page, the other Urls (page 2,3 etc) get a standard Url like this: main/page2-3 I know that I can fix manually them, but they're too many, they seem forget the menu Id of the first page,

Hello,

Somehow the Itemid gets missing in next pages - in JoomSEF's configuration on the Advanced tab check that "Exclude source info (Itemid)" option is disabled. If it is, there is probably some problem with pagination links creation in your template.
