TOPIC: character problem in arabic language

I have some problem with categories names contains ح (\u062D) Arabic character the menu link redirect me to index.php.
Am using joomsef 3.7.6
Am not using joomfish.

when i changed the name of the category contains no ح character everything worked fine ... please help :(

i have got same problems
specialy i am using jomsocial and i have got registers users who use the arabic ( farsi ) for they user name

can anyone please help this
