I miss in new installed JoomSEF german spezial charactars (Non-ascii char replacements).

    Hi Reinhard,

    there are these replacements by default:
    Ü|U, ü|u, Ö|O, ö|o, Ä|A, ä|a, ß|ss.

    Since I'm not German, I don't know which replacements are better, maybe we can change them in our next release to those you suggested.
