Hi JoomSEF experts!

I am wondering if anyone knows of a method of making this kind of URL structure in the JoomSEF pagination format:

category/
category/page/2
category/page/3
...etc

JoomSEF is giving me:

category/
category/page-2
category/page-3

As I have hundreds of these pages, is there some easy way automatically change this structure? If JoomSEF won't do it, does anyone have a suggestion as to what extension might?

I am moving platforms so want to maintain my previous URL structure.
