JoomDOC

JoomDOC 3 is a document management system for Joomla CMS.

Latest version of component works with Joomla CMS 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 2.5.

This is a new version of popular document management component that allows you to upload and organize and publish documents at your Joomla site. These documents can be categories in multi-level hierarchy, tagged with meta-data and your users can download or view them online. Various media formats can be used, as PDF, text documents, spreadsheets, etc.

JoomDOC3 can migrate data from DocMAN or JoomDOC2. Successful migration need tables of DocMAN/JoomDOC2 presented in Joomla database.

This package contains a standard edition that is available for free under a GPL license.

JoomDoc [DocMan 2] is Joomla 1.5 native document management component.

This is a continuation of extremely popular component DocMan, that was however available only for Joomla 1.0 and Joomla 1.5 in legacy mode. JoomDoc is optimized to be Joomla! 1.5 native.

JoomDoc [DocMan 2] enables to present documents organized in multi-level category hierarchy in various media formats and users to download them. You can allow users also to upload new documents. All can be driven based on standard Joomla user permission levels system.
