it seems to not 'adjust inventory' when you change the order status in the 'invoice/order management' window BUT if I generate an order and as I make it and change the order to paid in full....it will adjust the inventory.

I can't make all orders paid in full - I need them to be 'pending' first so the warehouse knows what to send.

Can you advise?

Hi,

I have the following
Joomla 1.5
VM 1.1.9
VM Invoice 2.0.45

Every time I make a new invoice, the only time the 'stock inventory' adjusts is if I change the order to 'refunded' and it will increase the inventory number by 1.

Is there something i need to turn on or adjust so that inventory item will reduce when order is changed to 'paid in full/confirmed' or shipped?

Hi I just purchased VM reports and upgraded version of VM Invoice.

Is there a way that VM reports will also collate the data from orders made in VM invoice - that was the whole purpose I purchased the software so I could run reports across ALL orders, including online and invoices generated in the backend.

Can you advise?

hi pama. thanks for that...it cleared up the errors.

although i still can't 'search' for any invoices, or search for customers names?? when i type in the customers name on a new invoice, it normally searches for the name and then i can select the existing customer....now it just goes no where and I can't add the existing customer??

Any advise?

hi,

i just upgraded to 2.0.31 version and now its asking for database search indexes - when i click "create search indexes" it comes up with the following:

Cannot create search index for column(s) virtuemart_user_id, address_type. Key column 'virtuemart_user_id' doesn't exist in table SQL=ALTER TABLE `jos_vm_user_info` ADD INDEX (`virtuemart_user_id`,`address_type`)

Now I can't create any orders??? Can you advise?

Hi,

I have updated to 2.0.28 and now I cant get the 'email invoice' function to work?? I click the email button in invoice control panel and it comes up saying "mail sent" and updates it to a green tick......but it never appears in the customers email - not even their spam folder???

If I go into virtuemart and update an order and check 'notify customer'....they receive those emails.

Can you advise??

Hi,

Once I generate an invoice, I cant get VM to email the invoice - it always comes up with this error:

MSG_EMAIL_INVALID_ERROR
Mail could NOT be sent.

All joomla mailing settings and configurations are correct and I receive system emails from Virtuemart and Joomla.

Any guidance as to what else I need to look at would be much appreciated.

I am using J1.5 and VM 1.1.9
