How do i get a Download ID for a free version? It seems that the calendar problem its only solved in the last release...

The only calender with complete date range is when you change to daily calender and select the date manually, the others i couldn find the error yet, and there was no help form the forum or from the ARTIO team

still no reply to this topic and also no help from the forum with calender problems...

sad i liked the software very much but im not able to help myself with the users guide or with the old posts at the forum, i dont feel supported by the forum or the artio team...

but i think i wont give up so easily, i try again to get more help...

Hi, im evaluating the software before purchaising, but im somhow scared, the way customers are desesperate trying to get answers for their questions, even trough customer support, doesent looks profetional to my. I have placed a presales question for E-tickets more then 2 days before and didnt receive anser yet. im not shure if im wasting my time or if there is really a team behind all this softwares.

i wonder if i get a reply to tis post

Hi,
while trying to make reservations in the future, i found no way to book more then 4 weeks later, there seems to be a problem with the calender, im not able to select a date after 8 of JAN, neither in the weekly calender nore in the monthly calender, also within the quick select box are no more then 4 weeks in the future avaliable. It seems to be a bug within this calender.

i couldnt find any related posts in the forum, neither with comunity nor with customer support, i think it is a change Year problem.

The Layout of the screen after reservation has no space between the Title of the reservation items and the "content on the righ side, after the double point.
Is this a problem with my template or there is some way to edit the layout of ARTIO Reservations?

Hi,

the reservation Date stored in the system and sent with email is: 1969-12-31, and not the displayed Date from the Booking.

i was not able to find any topics solving this problem.

my joomla installation is:
Joomla 1.7
Language EN-GB
Installation: free Artio for testing
