Hi is it possible to have a different email template for successfull booking(already paid) and for cancelled transactions? currently they have same email template but they differ just on their status.

Hi,

We are customizing the booking system and wanted to know how to stop the cart from clearing when you click on the checkout page, we looked at the code but could not see how and where it is clearing the cart.
