We've tried upgrading VM Invoice from ARTIO server, from version 2.0.10 to 2.0.25 but we're getting errors:

File does not exist in upgrade package: //admin/libraries/tcpdf/qrcode.php
File does not exist in upgrade package: //admin/libraries/tcpdf/datamatrix.php
File does not exist in upgrade package: //admin/libraries/tcpdf/barcodes.php

How to fix this problem?

Thank you for responding to my query.

We still cannot edit any large invoice, and now in addition we're occasionally getting the error when trying to preview PDF invoice for large values, it 's error memory size exhausted in components/com_vminvoice/libraries/tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 13682. What does this mean?

We have VM 1.1.9 and VM Invoice 2.0.24, and we have problems with large orders. All orders in the amount greater than 2000 cannot be edited - for example, entering 0 quantity for some items, which are currently not in stock, completely closes down VM Invoice backend and sends us to the main/starting window of Joomla backend. This weekend we had an order in the amount of 7 943.30, and we cannot edit it at all, any editing attempt kicks us out of VM Invoice backend. Is there some limit somewhere?

We've had this store for several years now and we've never had a problem before - all prices, tax, etc. are correct.
This problem appeared only this week after receiving first two orders in €.
I'm attaching screenshot of the weird taxes as they appear on that invoice.

We are using two currencies in our multilingual store, one of which is Euro. When invoice is generated for items ordered in the default/primary currency, the tax is shown and calculated properly (25%) for each item and in sub-total row.
However, when a customer living abroad and browsing store with Euro prices makes an order, the invoice is generated with problems.
We've notices that if items ordered have lower price (e.g. €0,95), the tax is not calculated correctly. As a matter of fact, the sub-total for tax shows all sorts of weird taxes so (for example) one invoice shows sub-total for tax of 25%, but also sub-totals for the non-existent taxes of -0.24%, -0.22% and 0.21% are shown. In addition, all items with lower prices in the tax column show 0,00 tax value. This is causing us problems, we have to manually create all invoices for customers living abroad, etc.
How can we fix this? Thanks

Thanks for the effort but we experimented with various options and discovered that problem with special characters exists in FF but not in IE. So, we're processing invoices in IE, and doing the rest of the work on our website in FF. However, it would be good to have this issue resolved in FF.

I've checked the whole site once again trying to remember if there were any significant changes we made recently and I realized that we've added more languages to Frontend (VM translation is done with JoomFish). Could this be the problem? If so, how do we ensure that invoices are created in default site language (which is not English)?

Thank you for your reply. I've just discovered that our license expired some 10 days ago so we'll obviously have to purchase new version of component.
I have a few questions: There's no tool to extend the license, I simply have to purchase your component again? We will be able to upgrade component version directly from Joomla site? We will not lose any old data (orders, settings, configuration, template settings)?

We are using UTF-8 encoding, Joomla 1.5.26, VirtueMart 1.1.9 and VM Invoice 2.0.13. We have not changed absolutely anything in Joomla/VM/VM Invoice configuration, there were no recent Joomla or any extension upgrades, so I don't understand why are we all of a sudden having this problem.

VM Invoice was showing special characters without problems until two days ago. All of a sudden, it doesn't show any special characters, only blank spaces instead of them. We haven't changed anything in the configuration/settings (using Free Sans). We even uploaded another unicode ttf font, but with no result - special characters are simply not shown anymore. What is the reason for this behavior and how to get these characters to show?

We've been using VM Invoice for quite some time without problems but today we cannot figure out why are we having blank invoice on a very large order (about 80 items). All other invoices are created without problems, but those orders have less items. Is there some limitation on the number of items shown in PDF order? We're using Joomla 1.5.26 and VM 1.1.9.

I've been comparing old and new invoices and it looks as if the issue is not in new lines but rather row height - there's too much space between rows. How do i define this row height or padding, etc? Is that defined in some VM Invoice CSS file?

I have the same problem. Yesterday I upgraded VM Invoice to its latest version and now all invoices are printed with blank row between regular invoice rows - invoice that should be printed on only one page now takes two pages and looks awful. How can I fix this?
