I've created to extra fields:

Passport NO
Drivers Licence NO

When I use
{Passport NO}
{Drivers Licence NO}

In the email to admin the numbers doesn't show up.

Hello, I have tested it. If I create extra field with name Password and put into e-mail templates mark {PASSWORD} then I see values in the e-mail. Mak has to be in uppercase.
