We've just released an updated 3.0.1 version of our PhocaGuestbook extension, which should fix the array_merge error. You can use the Manage Extensions page in JoomSEF to update it.

I saw that there was an upgrade for phocaguestbook extension too. I've upgraded them both and now everything works fine.
