byronyasgur OFFLINE Posts: 16	My client bought the paid edition yesterday and sent me a mail with the download Ids ( there are two, one for the zip file and the other for the pdf ) .... i tried both but neither would work. I get this error Your download ID is not valid. I can't upgrade your MTurbo. . Can you help please.

jich OFFLINE Posts: 254	Make sure you type your download ID correctly. If you think download ID is correct, send it with registered url and order number to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . I will check it.

Yes, you have right. There is need to press "save configuration" first. Thank you for the notice. We will fix that video.

Make sure you saved the configuration before pushing the button "Upgrade to full version", please.
