Automatic Upgrade Problems

If you are getting error message:

No site URL specified. Please contact support at support@artio.net and provide your site URL and order ID.

during the attept of auto-upgrade, this is most likely that you have purchased your JoomSEF before the release of version 3.4.0. And we do not have your site URL stored in our database.

Since JoomSEF 3.4.0 the upgrade process of paid products is more secured and requires your site URL to be entered in our system. So, if your purchase was made prior to release of JoomSEF 3.4.0, please kindly send us your order ID and site URL to mail support@artio.net.

Our admins will add the site URL to your order and you will be able to upgrade. We apologize for any inconvinience caused by this. This will be only needed to be done once.
