When using ARTIO JoomSEF with JoomFish, you need to make sure the default JoomFish URL router is disabled.
Go to Extensions -> Plugins and check that the System - ARTIO JoomSEF plugin is enabled and JoomFish - router plugin (JfRouter) is disabled.
